DOES YOUR BOUTIQUE SHIP OUT EVERY DAY?

We ship out during the weekdays. We do not ship out on the weekends. If we do, you will receive and email update.

 

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME 

All items are shipped by USPS.

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

Priority Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Orders are processed within 1-2 days. During the holidays, times of increased mail volume or extreme weather conditions, orders may take an additional 1-2 days. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number through USPS. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days of order placement, please email us at info@enchantescloset.com

TRACKING SHOWS DELAYED OR DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking shows as delayed or delivered PLEASE contact USPS 1-800-275-8777 or your local post office. Once we ship items and send out tracking information to you, USPS now in charge of making sure your package arrives to you in a timely manner. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS. We are not responsible nor will we replace USPS confirming package(s) delivery. 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. Please ensure correct size, color of item and payment method used is correct.

If Address does not match what is on debit/ or credit card we will not ship out and will immediately refund. If the address does not show up in the system we will contact the consumer via email or text to confirm the correct information.  Please verify and make sure your information is accurate when purchasing.
